COVID-19 Announcement from PIA CEO

Polytechnic Institute Australia continues to prioritise the health and safety of its students, staff and their families. The business remains vigilant following the advice of the Australian Department of Health

To date, no incidence of COVID-19 has been reported at the Polytechnic Institute Australia campus. That said, appropriate measures and protocols are in place to mitigate risk and we are keeping you updated on important prevention measures through the deployment of posters and frequent digital communications.

Furthermore, the Federal and State governments have made it very clear that they expect the community to reduce the level of face-to-face interactions as much as possible to limit the spread of COVID-19. We must take it upon ourselves to do what we can to comply.

We will, therefore, continue to operate as an ‘online campus’ while also offering face-to-face sessions for those students who prefer it. This will enable us to continue deliver a high-quality education for all of our students.

If you need to contact people, please use their email address. PIA is and continues to be fully operational even while maintaining physical distancing. We intend to ensure that your learning experience is not disrupted.

Should you require any additional information on the above matter or any other matters pertaining to PIA please feel free to contact me.

Follow the advice of the Australian Government at www.health.gov.au. If you are sick and think you have symptoms of COVID-19, seek medical advice. If you want to talk to someone about your symptoms first, call the Coronavirus Health Information Line for advice on 1800 020 080. S
