As the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation has continued to evolve around the world, PIA continues assessing the risk and impact on its community. As we monitor on a daily basis through the guidance from public health and regulatory authorities. We are focused on the health and safety of our students and staff.

Polytechnic Institute Australia continues to prioritise the health and safety of its students, staff and their families. The business remains vigilant following the advice of the Australian Department of Health

To date, Polytechnic Institute Australia continues to operate as a hybrid campus. That said, appropriate measures and protocols are in place to mitigate risk and we are keeping you updated on important prevention measures through the deployment of posters and frequent digital communications for those that are attending the campus.

We will, continue to operate as an ‘hybrid campus’ while also offering face-to-face sessions for those students who prefer it. This will enable us to continue deliver a high-quality education for all of our students.

If you need to contact any members of our team, please use their email address. PIA is and continues to be fully operational during the deployment of a hybrid delivery model. We intend to ensure that your learning experience is not disrupted.

Attending campus

If you are attending campus, please make sure to follow the COVIDSafe guidelines:

 Apply for international student COVID-19 crisis accommodation

The NSW Government is funding up to 20 weeks’ accommodation for vulnerable international students in NSW during the current COVID-19 pandemic.
The scheme will be delivered through approved student accommodation and homestay providers.
Service NSW is administering the application process and will allocate the accommodation. Applicants will not be able to self-select their accommodation.
